Cardinals, Jacoby Brissett at Significant Contract Impasse, Future Uncertain
Contract talks between the Arizona Cardinals and quarterback Jacoby Brissett are stalled, with reports indicating a significant gap in negotiations for an extension. This disagreement casts doubt on Brissett’s attendance at voluntary team activities.
Despite the uncertainty, the Cardinals are preparing to have Brissett lead the team this season, potentially alongside rookie running back Jeremiyah Love. The outcome of these negotiations could impact the team’s offensive outlook.
