Jets HC Aaron Glenn’s Hot Seat Heats Up: Can He Survive Thanksgiving?
NFL analysts are deeply divided on whether New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn will retain his position through Thanksgiving. Owner Woody Johnson’s recent precedent of mid-season firings, combined with Glenn’s dismal 2024 performance and a challenging early-season schedule, casts a long shadow over his job security.
Despite a lucrative five-year contract, significant improvement is demanded in his second year, particularly as the Jets possess multiple high draft picks in the promising 2027 class, fueling speculation of a complete organizational reset if results don’t materialize.
