Steve Clarke Urges Scotland: Haiti’s Rout of New Zealand Demands Respect in World Cup Clash
Scotland manager Steve Clarke has issued a strong warning against underestimating Haiti after their convincing 4-0 win over New Zealand, emphasizing the need for respect ahead of their World Cup Group C clash in Boston. Clarke highlighted Haiti’s blend of physicality, technical skill, and strong team structure, which he believes makes them a difficult opponent. The Scottish team is also grappling with the loss of midfielder Billy Gilmour due to injury, though Clarke maintains that preparations must continue despite such setbacks.
