Smith Calls for Kings to Bring the Physicality in Game 2 After Game 1 Loss to Avalanche
The Los Angeles Kings suffered a 2-1 loss to the Colorado Avalanche in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series. Coach DJ Smith acknowledged his team’s intensity but stressed the need for increased physicality, particularly targeting Colorado’s defensemen, in Game 2.
The Kings will look to even the series when they face the Avalanche again on Tuesday in Denver.
