Salford City Parts Ways with Manager Karl Robinson Following Play-Off Final Disappointment
Salford City has sacked manager Karl Robinson following their League Two play-off final loss to Notts County. The decision comes after a review by the club’s board and executive team, who are looking to usher in a new era for the club.
Robinson’s departure marks the end of his nearly two-and-a-half-year tenure. The club also announced the release of several players, including top scorer Cole Stockton.
