Rod Brind’Amour’s Bold Truth: For Hurricanes, Only A Stanley Cup Win Matters
Carolina Hurricanes coach Rod Brind’Amour, a former player who captained the team to a Stanley Cup win in 2006, has delivered a strong message about the team’s current run to the Final. He asserts that reaching the championship series only matters if the team wins, stating, ‘It’s all about winning. We haven’t done that yet.’ Having experienced both victory and defeat in the Final as a player, Brind’Amour now guides the Hurricanes in their quest for their first Stanley Cup since his playing days, facing the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
