Pistons Coach Bickerstaff Admits to ‘Rusty’ Start in Game 1 Playoff Loss to Magic
Detroit Pistons coach J.B. Bickerstaff admitted his team started Game 1 of their playoff series against the Orlando Magic “a little rusty,” leading to a crucial early deficit.
The Pistons struggled offensively and defensively, ultimately falling 112-101 and losing home-court advantage. Bickerstaff acknowledged the pressure of playing from behind contributed to stagnant offensive play and missed opportunities.
