Mohamed Belloumi’s Brilliance Sends Hull City to Championship Playoff Final, Millwall’s Promotion Hopes Dashed
Hull City has advanced to the Championship playoff final after a 2-0 victory over Millwall, with goals from Mohamed Belloumi and Joe Gelhardt. Millwall’s long-standing playoff curse continued as they were eliminated at the semi-final stage for the third time.
The win is a remarkable achievement for Hull, who were in a relegation battle just last season, and captain Lewie Coyle believes the team can now go all the way.
