Jazz Chisholm Jr. Suffers Worrying Thumb Injury in Yankees Victory
Jazz Chisholm Jr. left the New York Yankees’ game against the Colorado Rockies due to a thumb injury sustained during a headfirst slide. Manager Aaron Boone expressed concern, noting the thumb was “numb” and that tests were pending.
The injury is particularly concerning as Chisholm is set to become a free agent at the end of the season, potentially impacting his market value.
