Darius Acuff Jr. Achieves Rare Feat, Joins Anthony Davis and Brandon Miller in Elite SEC Honor Club
Arkansas freshman Darius Acuff Jr. has joined an elite group of SEC players, including Anthony Davis and Brandon Miller, by winning both SEC Freshman of the Year and SEC Player of the Year honors in the same season.
Acuff’s stellar performance also led him to All-SEC First Team and a finalist spot for the Bob Cousy Award, making him a strong candidate for the 2026 NBA Draft.
