Cristiano Ronaldo Invests in Spanish Club Almería, Acquiring 25% Stake
Football icon Cristiano Ronaldo has purchased a 25% stake in Spanish second-division club UD Almería through his investment company, CR7 Sports Investments. This move signifies Ronaldo’s expanding commitment to football ownership beyond his playing career.
Almería, currently third in the Segunda División and owned by a Saudi group, is set to benefit from Ronaldo’s involvement, with the club’s president suggesting a focus on youth development. The investment adds to Ronaldo’s existing stake in Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr.
