Washington Wizards’ big man Anthony Davis, sidelined with ligament damage in his left hand, has had his recovery progress confirmed through a recent re-evaluation. While healing is ongoing, the volar plate tissue has not fully healed, necessitating continued conservative treatment.
Davis will advance his basketball activities as tolerated and is scheduled for another re-evaluation at the end of the month. He has been out since January 8th and has yet to play for the Wizards since his acquisition.
