Analyst Speculates UNC May Be Actively Seeking Justification to Fire Bill Belichick Amid Ongoing Investigation
An analyst suggests that the ongoing investigation into the North Carolina football program might indicate the university is subtly looking for reasons to part ways with coach Bill Belichick. With the general manager’s resignation, the defensive coordinator on leave, and external attorneys interviewing staff, the steady stream of information has led to speculation that UNC is seeking an exit from the Belichick era. Despite a recent win, off-field issues and a disappointing first season are intensifying pressure on the coaching staff.
