Eagles Face Uphill Battle Against Rams with DeVonta Smith, Key Starters Sidelined
The Philadelphia Eagles will be without star wide receiver DeVonta Smith for their Week 4 showdown against the Los Angeles Rams due to a hamstring injury, headlining a significant list of inactive players including Zack Baun, Dallas Goedert, and Marcus Epps. This poses a major challenge for an Eagles offense already struggling with inconsistency, placing further pressure on Jalen Hurts and offensive coordinator Brian Johnson. Rookies Dontayvion Wicks and Makai Lemon are expected to fill the void as Smith aims for a quick recovery to potentially face the Jacksonville Jaguars next week.
