Lionel Messi Finalizes Second Spanish Football Club Acquisition with CD Eldense
Legendary footballer Lionel Messi has completed the purchase of Spanish second-division club CD Eldense, marking his second investment in Spanish football. The deal, which follows a preliminary agreement, aims to kickstart a new era of sporting and institutional development for the 100-year-old Alicante-based club. This strategic ownership move by Messi, who currently plays for Inter Miami, mirrors a recent investment by his long-time rival Cristiano Ronaldo in Spanish side Almeria.
