Lindor’s Heroics Muffled: Broadcast Glitch Robs Mets Fans of Spectacular Catch
A crucial diving catch by New York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor in the bottom of the ninth inning was obscured by a broadcast outage on SNY. The feed cut to black just as Lindor made the spectacular play, leaving fans in suspense.
The Mets went on to win the game in extra innings, but the broadcast glitch prevented many from witnessing Lindor’s game-saving heroics in real-time.
