AJ Hinch Delivers Encouraging Update on Gleyber Torres’ Return to Detroit Tigers Lineup

Detroit Tigers manager AJ Hinch has provided an optimistic update on Gleyber Torres, stating the second baseman is “day to day” with encouraging test results after exiting Saturday’s game with side tightness. Torres, who has been a productive force for the Tigers this season, might return as early as Monday night against the Boston Red Sox, though the team will exercise caution given his past injury history.
