Wings Soar into 2026 with New Coach, Top Draft Pick and Championship Aspirations
The Dallas Wings are looking to turn the page with the hiring of new head coach Jose Fernandez and the addition of No. 1 draft pick Azzi Fudd. Fernandez has expressed strong confidence in the team’s potential for the 2026 season, aiming to build on a core featuring Paige Bueckers and Arike Ogunbowale. The Wings hope to improve significantly after a disappointing 10-34 record in 2025.
