Alperen Sengun Clarifies Viral LeBron James Interaction: “I Didn’t Stand Up For Him”
Houston Rockets center Alperen Sengun has addressed a viral video that seemed to show him standing up for LeBron James before Game 1. Sengun clarified that he was simply retrieving something from his pocket and did not stand out of deference to James.
The clarification comes as the Rockets look for a better performance from Sengun in Game 2 against the Lakers, following a lackluster showing in the opener.
